1 General Terms and Definitions

The following terms used in this document have defined meanings. "fabji", "we", "our", or "platform" refers to the fabji website (fabji.lat) and all its associated services. "User", "you", or "your" refers to any person, registered or unregistered, who accesses the site.

These Terms apply with the highest priority. Where a specific game, promotion, or service has its own separate terms, both those specific terms and these general Terms will apply. In the event of a conflict, the specific terms will take precedence.

fabji is committed to providing a safe and reliable online gaming environment for users in Bangladesh. The platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep your information and transactions secure.

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

From the moment you begin using the fabji platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using the site.

1.2 Language

The original language of these Terms is Bengali. In the event of any dispute arising from a translation, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

2 Account Registration and Management

With an active account on fabji, you can access all of the platform's services. At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account on fabji. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name, multiple accounts from the same device, or multiple accounts using the same payment method is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately at [email protected].

2.3 Identity Verification

fabji may request relevant documents from you at any time for identity verification purposes. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

3 Age Verification & Eligibility Requirements

The following eligibility requirements must be met to create an account and use services on fabji:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must create an account in your own name — opening an account on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• You must be legally capable of participating in online gaming services.
• Your account must not have been previously closed or permanently banned by fabji.

We may request proof of age if we have reason to suspect or as part of a routine check. If verification fails, the account will be suspended and, where applicable, deposited funds will be returned.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

fabji currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Please note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳300. Deposits below this amount are not possible.

4.3 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. If the account balance is less than this amount at the time of the request, the request will not be processed.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Time

fabji generally processes withdrawal requests within 30 minutes to 3 hours. In some cases, delays may occur due to verification or security checks.

4.5 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was most recently used to deposit into the account.
• Bonus funds require the wagering conditions to be met before withdrawal (see Section 5 for details).
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended while an active investigation is ongoing.
• fabji reviews suspicious transactions in accordance with its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

fabji offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,500. Alternatively, if you deposit ৳28,000 you will receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳48,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

After claiming the welcome bonus, a 25x wagering requirement must be met before making a withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: for a ৳1,500 bonus, you must wager ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A welcome bonus can only be received once per account.
• After claiming a bonus, the wagering requirement must be completed within the set time limit; otherwise the bonus will be forfeited.
• A maximum bet limit may apply while playing with a bonus.
• fabji reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms of any promotion.
• If bets are placed in an improper or strategic manner to exploit a promotion, the bonus may be forfeited.

5.4 Other Promotions

fabji may offer various promotions and offers from time to time. Each promotion will have its own specific terms, which will be published alongside that offer.

6 Gaming Rules

The fabji platform offers various types of gaming services including slots, fishing games, live casino, and sports betting.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

fabji believes in fair play. All games are operated using technology capable of ensuring impartial and balanced outcomes.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error or server outage causes an irregularity in a game result, fabji reserves the right to cancel that specific round and refund the bet amount.

6.3 Jackpots and Large Wins

In the case of a significant win, fabji may carry out an additional verification process. Withdrawals will only be approved once verification is complete.

6.4 Sports Betting

Detailed rules regarding the acceptance and settlement of bets in the sports betting section are published separately. fabji reserves the right to accept or void any bet.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fabji platform and may result in permanent account closure if violated:

• Participating in any fraudulent or deceptive activities.
• Using bots, automated software, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activities.
• Creating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage from bonuses or promotions.
• Attempting to harass or harm other users.
• Attempting to hack fabji's systems or gain unauthorized access.
• Creating an account using false or misleading information.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

8 Account Suspension and Closure Policy

8.1 Suspension or Closure by fabji

fabji reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or deception.
• Failure to verify identity or age.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Legal or regulatory reasons.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request the closure of your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

fabji may apply a separate inactivity policy to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. Details of this policy will be communicated via email.
